On July 3rd, 2025, the world of football lost a true talent and a remarkable soul.
Diogo Jota, Liverpool FC and Portugal’s forward, tragically passed away in a car crash in Spain, alongside his younger brother André Silva. At The Collect Room, we are deeply saddened by this loss. Jota wasn’t just a footballer—he was a fighter, a fan favorite, and a symbol of passion on and off the pitch.
From his rise in Portugal to his success with Liverpool—helping secure the 2024–25 Premier League title—Jota played every game with heart. Off the field, he had just married and was a loving father of three. His journey ended far too soon, but his impact is eternal.
